Position Summary
Level:
Consultant-Strategy, growth and transformation
As an experienced Consultant, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
Primary Research: Conduct quantitative surveys, customer interviews and/or workshops to understand customer needs, wants, and pain points.
Analytics & Insights Generation: Conduct comprehensive analysis of customer data to uncover insights and inform strategic decisions.
Customer Segmentation: Develop the approach for segmentation and identify customer segments to tailor efforts across marketing, sales, and service.
Market Entry and Growth Strategy: Assist clients in identifying new market opportunities and developing customer-led growth strategies.
Omnichannel Experience Strategy & Design: Design and develop multimodal journey strategies that meet customers where they are and span physical, digital, and human experiences.
Business Case and Transformation: Develop comprehensive business cases for large-scale initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI projections. Define strategies to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations.
Commercial Operating Model Design: Develop future-state operating models, change management plans, and implementation roadmaps, for effective execution of the recommended strategies.
Project and Stakeholder Management: Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality consulting services, manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications to ensure alignment and support for project initiatives.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
Hands-on strategy project experience along the topics mentioned under project examples
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Python Tableau, or similar for data analysis and visualization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with clients
Managing the pace and delivery of projects including coordination with key project stakeholders, reporting key findings and contributing to the wider business unit through business development, knowledge sharing and other activities
A strong foundation in delivering actionable, data-driven insights with good exposure on complex data sets, performing quantitative analysis and research (primary and secondary); synthesizing and presenting insights and recommendations from data
Experience in developing Agentic AI and Generative AI use cases as part of business transformation projects would be beneficial
Exposure to working in non-India Geographies (preferably the US) and/or interacting with global stakeholders
