We’re on the hunt for a creative thinker with sharp research skills, a love for storytelling, and the organizational superpowers to pull off world-class B2B events. You’ll be shaping the future of tech and business events around the globe — from concept to curtain call — working closely with leaders and innovators from every industry imaginable.
This role is perfect for someone with
1–2 years of experience
in B2B events who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take full ownership of projects, and help us take our technology events portfolio to the next level.
What You’ll Be Doing (and Loving!):

Dig Deep:
Research exciting, high-impact topics and industry trends to create innovative, content-rich conference agendas.
🎤
Find the Voices That Matter:
Identify and invite visionary speakers who’ll bring your agenda to life — think CEOs, change-makers, and tech disruptors.

Own It:
Take full content ownership of your events, collaborating across teams to keep things on track, on time, and on point.
✍️
Write with Impact:
Craft compelling content – from brochures to emails to website copy – that drives audience engagement and ticket sales.

Go Social:
Promote your events and build buzz on LinkedIn, Twitter, and wherever your audience hangs out.

Run the Show:
Be front and center at the event (once physical events resume), making sure everything runs smoother than your best playlist.

Think Big Picture:
Contribute ideas to help grow the event portfolio, scout new opportunities, and keep Tradepass events ahead of the curve.

Develop lasting relationships with industry pros and help build vibrant communities around your events.
What We’re Looking For:
🎓 A bachelor’s degree and at least
2 years
of conference production experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
🧠 A curious mind with a passion for tech and trends.
✍️ Excellent communication and writing skills (we love a good wordsmith!).
📋 Strong project management chops — you’re organized, deadline-driven, and can juggle like a pro.
🤝 Great networking skills and confidence connecting with C-level leaders.
💻 Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical abilities.
