They will support the Global Real Estate and Workplace team to deliver world class in-office facilities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in people interpersonal skills , exposure to admin or community operations , understands the budget and delivers creative events. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our Relic amazing workplace experience</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support office Service, employee experience , event activities at site and communicate the priorities of the day.</li> <li>Meet the employees during the shift to discuss&nbsp; &amp; understand their office experience and communicate priorities.</li> <li>Manage bookings of the training room and all hands area.</li> <li>Take rounds of the front office,lobby, cabins, cafeteria &amp; workstation area to ensure high standards of housekeeping and hygiene.Take Round of the complete facility (at least twice in a shift).</li> <li>Guide &amp; motivate staff to meet quality standards.</li> <li>Escalate all incidents, issues, and pending problems of the day to the WeWork team by logging a ticket.</li> <li>Implementing best housekeeping practices to upkeep the site always.</li> <li>Support in-office food program.</li> <li>Ensure execution of all preparation (such as cleaning, stationery, snacks, lunch etc.) required for visitors are attended.</li> <li>Innovate employee experience with seasonal festivities.</li> <li>Budget management as per Senior Office manager.</li> <li>Ensure zero stock out situation.</li> <li>Close employee requests within 2-6 hrs based on criticality in the ticketing tool.</li> </ul> <p><strong>This role requires</strong></p> <ul> <li>Good levels of oral &amp; written communication.</li> <li>Good computer literacy.</li> <li>Educated to degree level with suitable qualifications with relevant experience in co-working space or facility management or hotel with a demonstrable track record of being the responsible <br>member of a mid - large corporate office or similar facility.</li> <li>Strong leadership traits.</li> <li>Strong customer service skills, communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.</li> <li>Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in emergencies</li> <li>Proficient in customer service.</li> <li>Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office</li> <li>Hands on experience with latest AI tools - Chatgpt , Gemini ,etc.,</li> <li>5 days work out of office</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus points if you have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with Events</li> <li>Understands the budget management</li> <li>Excellent people skills</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Fostering a diverse, welcoming and inclusive environment is important to us.
