ChangeInkk’s mission is on a mission to unlock potential of individuals with learning disabilities such as dyslexia, impacting an estimated 200 million Indians, to accelerate innovation and economic growth.

We believe their contributions are vital for India to reach a $10 trillion economy. After all, despite struggles with language processing, dyslexics have shaped the world, constituting 40% of self-made millionaires and pioneering inventors.

Engaging with diverse stakeholders, including individuals, parents, educators, employers, policymakers, and industry leaders, our interventions include:
Strengthening public policy and governance for systems transformation

Since our inception just over three years ago, ChangeInkk has rapidly emerged as a catalyst for systemic inclusion in India.

About the Role
Lead and strengthen
ChangeInkk’s communications strategy and institutional voice
.
Translate complex
policy, research, and systems transformation work
into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Shape how ChangeInkk’s work is communicated across
government platforms, ecosystem partners, digital channels, and national conversations on education reform
.
Work closely with the leadership team to develop
strategic communications, thought leadership, and public engagement
.
Combine
strategic planning with hands-on execution
across content creation, media engagement, digital storytelling, and stakeholder communication.
Support the visibility and influence of ChangeInkk and the
#Act4Dyslexia mission
within the education and social impact ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Institutional Positioning & Strategic Communications
Support the positioning of ChangeInkk as a
leading voice on inclusive education and learning disabilities
.
Contribute to the development and execution of
organizational communications strategies
aligned with advocacy and programmatic priorities.
Translate complex
systems transformation initiatives
into clear and accessible communication outputs.
Develop narratives around
flagship initiatives, partnerships, research insights, and ecosystem collaborations
.
Ensure consistency and clarity of messaging across
internal and external communication platforms
.
Leadership Visibility & Thought Leadership
Support leadership communication and visibility across
policy forums, conferences, and ecosystem platforms
.
Develop
briefing notes, presentations, talking points, and speaking materials
for leadership engagements.
Assist with drafting
op-eds, articles, interviews, and thought leadership pieces
.
Maintain a
leadership communications calendar
to track speaking opportunities and engagements.
Strengthen leadership storytelling across
LinkedIn and digital channels
.
Content Strategy & Narrative Development
Develop high-quality written content including
reports, policy briefs, articles, website content, newsletters, speeches, and social media content
.
Translate
policy insights, research findings, and programmatic work
into engaging stories and accessible communication formats.
Lead end-to-end content development including
ideation, drafting, editing, and dissemination
.
Maintain a
strong editorial voice aligned with ChangeInkk’s mission and advocacy priorities
.
Digital Communications & Campaigns
Manage and strengthen the digital presence of the mission
#Act4Dyslexia
across platforms.
Develop and execute
social media strategies and campaigns
to increase visibility and engagement.
Track performance metrics and
optimize communication strategies based on insights
.
Support the creation of
visual storytelling assets
including infographics, explainers, and short-form content.
Events, Campaigns & Strategic Amplification
Support communications planning for
events, roundtables, launches, and convenings
.
Develop event communication materials including
concept notes, invitations, agendas, and post-event outputs
.
Coordinate communications visibility for
major announcements, partnerships, and campaign milestones
.
Stakeholder Communications
Support communication with
government partners, donors, collaborators, and ecosystem stakeholders
.
Develop
newsletters, customized updates, and outreach materials
.
Ensure alignment of messaging across
internal teams and partner engagements
.
Monitoring & Communications Innovation
Track performance metrics across
communication channels and campaigns
.
Improve messaging effectiveness based on
engagement insights and analytics
.
Stay updated on emerging communication trends, storytelling formats, and
AI-enabled communication tools
.
Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate preferred
in Communications, Journalism, Public Policy, Media Studies, Development Studies, Marketing, or related fields.
5–7 years of experience
in communications, media, digital storytelling, public affairs, or related roles.
Demonstrated experience in
writing, content development, and narrative building
.
Experience managing
digital communications and social media platforms
.
Ability to translate
technical, policy, or programmatic work into accessible communication formats
.
Experience supporting
events, stakeholder engagement, and public communication initiatives
.
Familiarity with
AI tools for content and communication workflows
is desirable.

Compensation
Remuneration will be competitive with the development sector's pay scales and will depend upon the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
