Profile Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and articulate Communication & PR Executive to manage internal and external communications, build brand visibility, and maintain a positive public image for the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, media relations experience, and a creative approach to storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute PR and communication strategies aligned with business goals
Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and external stakeholders
Draft press releases, media notes, articles, and official communication
Manage corporate announcements, events, and press coverage
Handle internal communications including newsletters, emails, and announcements
Monitor media coverage and prepare PR performance reports
Support brand-building initiatives and campaigns
Coordinate with marketing and digital teams for consistent messaging
Handle crisis communication and reputation management when required
Educational, Experience & Professional Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong network with media/journalists (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital/social media tools
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, or related field
Experience in real estate, fintech, or corporate sector (optional)
Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Ability to craft compelling brand narratives
