Job Description- Communication Officer
1.
Social Media Executions:
Post daily content on social media as per the set monthly content calendar, including extracting photos from the database and upload as per content theme directions.
2.
Database maintenance:
Maintain a database of Hotel Chains/Potential donors/Investors as per the instructions and their contact persons mail IDs for collaboration purposes.
3.
Mail Monitoring:
Keep an eye on important eMails/Messages and schedule response with prior approval from seniors.
4.
Training Participation:
Engage in basic design tools training to enhance design skills.
5.
Communication Assistance:
Assistance in preparing preliminary data/numbers/documents to communicate with partners/donors as per the directions.
6.
Content Strategy Support:
Assist in developing and refining content strategies based on feedback and performance insights from the senior.
7.
Ongoing Social Media Strategy:
Continue managing social media posts, ensuring alignment with the performance insights report.
8.
Proposal Drafting:
Prepare and send introductory emails to brands, potential donors and investors in the education sector as per the database.
9.
Presentation Preparation:
Create presentations/Mind maps based on the provided highlights from the management.
