Job Summary: As a Communications Executive at Fifteen73 Media, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives to promote the brand, products, and services for clients signed on. You will play a key role in crafting and disseminating compelling messages through various channels, fostering positive relationships with the media, and enhancing our client's image. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute communication strategies that align with the client's goals and objectives. Create and curate engaging content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates. Manage media relations, including cultivating relationships with journalists and responding to media inquiries locally and nationally. Develop and maintain a comprehensive media contact list. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats. Plan and execute public relations campaigns, product launches, and promotional events. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and effective communication materials. Prepare and deliver clear and concise communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in crisis communication management and handle reputation management as needed. Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies using relevant metrics and KPIs. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in communications. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Technical Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in media relations and crisis communication. Strong copywriting and editing skills. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media management tools. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze communication metrics and adapt strategies accordingly. Exceptional written and verbal skills in English, Marathi and Konkani Maintaining media relationships with Print and Electronic media in English and Marathi. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Creativity and innovative thinking. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Other Requirements: Availability for occasional travel and flexibility with work hours to accommodate events or urgent communications.
