Assist in preparing all food for breakfast, lunch and dinners maintain food quality and service in accordance with standardised company recipes and procedures.
Maintains good housekeeping practices in all walk-in boxes, walk-in freezer, and dry goods storeroom.
Ensure that food displays are attractive.
Picks up store items as requested by the supervisor
Cleans and cuts all kind of food for production use
Assists the Chef de Partie in the production of food and prepares such according to recipes used by the company
Maintains top quality freshness.
Begins advance preparation for next day and for the next shift.
Follows proper portion control for all items.
Maintains clean and orderly work areas and keeps strict hygiene regulation.
Regularly reports all needed maintenance to the Sous Chef.
Attends all associate meeting and trainings.
Expected to carry out all reasonable requests by Management which he is capable of performing.
Is well groomed and takes care of personal hygiene
