If so, let's start the conversation. Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Excellence Strategy Professional to join our Commercial Excellence Strategy team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our multi-year growth strategy, accelerating revenue and margin growth, and enhancing sales productivity across all India Business Units (BUs). Our Commercial Excellence Strategy team in India is on an accelerated growth path, driving the company’s strategic goals by partnering with business leaders to achieve our growth agenda. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Define Strategic Initiatives: Partner with the Strategy Lead to define the strategic programs and quarterly/half-yearly plans required to achieve India’s multi-year plan (MYP) objectives and bookings targets. Collaborate on Execution & Insights: Work cross-functionally with India Commercial stakeholders and global Commercial Excellence teams to translate strategic requirements into operational frameworks, driving the implementation of transformational programs and gathering intelligence on customer buying trends. Ensure Strategic Delivery: Track progress on key strategic programs, develop robust business cases and financial models, and ensure cross-functional alignment and the delivery of measurable outcomes for the India business. What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: 3–5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, or a strategy role within a high-growth organization. Strong knowledge of market assessment, opportunity sizing, customer segmentation, sales coverage design, and operational reporting. Proven ability in strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating strategy into execution, and leading by influence across a matrixed, cross-functional organization. Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence, with a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics).
