We welcome all applications regardless of race, colour, religion or belief, gender, gender identity, age, national origin, marital status, military veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation and physical or mental disability.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>The Role</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>The Contract Analyst is responsible for managing client contracts and building relationships both with our clients and across the business.</p> <p>This position is business partnering with one of our Business Units.</p> <p>This is a hybrid working role reporting to a Commercial Affairs Manager.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Business Partnering</p> <ul> <li>Foster excellent relationships with internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Provides regular status updates.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li> </ul> <p>Contract Management</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with legal and agency teams to draft, review, and finalize contracts with clients in a timely manner.</li> <li>Ensures contracts meet quality and commercial standards.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Manages the contract lifecycle using the HighQ system ensuring contracts repository is kept up to date.</li> <li>Supports business and clients with contracting questions</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Understands key operational and financial drivers of allocated Business Unit</li> <li>Works simultaneously on multiple contracts and contract amendments<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li> </ul> <p>Business Metrics</p> <ul> <li>Track, manage and improve contract related metrics that demonstrate customer service.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li> </ul> <p>Relationship Management</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term collaborations.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li> </ul> <p>Problem Solving</p> <ul> <li>Analyse information to solve problems and present proposed solutions to Management with Manager support.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li> </ul> <p>Communication and Negotiation</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills in engagements with internal teams and external clients.</li> <li>Effectively convey complex information and negotiate deals that align with the company's objectives.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>What skills and experience you bring to the role</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Keen eye for detail</li> <li>Excellent organizational, negotiation and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to solve problems, analyse information and achieve quality standards</li> <li>Good understanding of contract language</li> <li>Good analytical skills.</li> <li>Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic, fast paced environment</li> <li>Minimum of a bachelor’s level degree</li> <li>Proven experience in a commercial affairs / contracting role.
