We partner with talented students, providing them with the capital, training, and support to build apparel businesses on their campuses.</p> <h3>About the Role</h3> <p>The Finance team manages all cash inflows and outflows at Fresh Prints. As a Collections Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and improving the systems and performance of our receivables function.</p> <p>This is a high-impact role focused on driving revenue realization and ensuring strong cash flow discipline across the business. You will own collections performance, build scalable processes, and lead a team responsible for recovering outstanding payments efficiently and professionally.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a team of 2–5 Collections Associates</li> <li>Own end-to-end collections operations (inbound &amp; outbound follow-ups, payment tracking, dispute resolution)</li> <li>Drive improvements in:</li> <ul> <li>Collections efficiency</li> <li>Recovery rates</li> <li>Turnaround time on open invoices</li> </ul> <li>Set, track, and optimize team performance metrics</li> <li>Manage customer and vendor communication for payment recovery</li> <li>Handle escalations and resolve complex or sensitive cases</li> <li>Build and improve collections workflows, systems, and SOPs</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations</li> <li>Ensure accurate reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly collections data</li> </ul> <p><strong>We’re looking for </strong><strong>3–6 years of experience in:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collections / AR / financial operations OR</li> <li>Operations/project management in fast-paced environments</li> <li>2+ years managing a team (2–5 people)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Core Skills (Must-Have)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong data orientation (Excel, dashboards, tracking metrics)</li> <li>Ability to define and track key metrics such as:</li> <li>Collections efficiency</li> <li>Agent productivity</li> <li>Call volume and conversion</li> <li>Proven ability to improve processes or workflows</li> <li>Strong ownership and execution mindset</li> <li>Excellent communication (especially for difficult conversations)</li> <li>Ability to make decisions independently and move fast</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Nice-to-Have</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in B2C collections or high-volume customer operations</li> <li>Exposure to CRM / ticketing tools</li> <li>Experience implementing or improving collections tools</li> <li>Background in finance, revenue operations, or customer success</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Success in This Role Looks Like</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Improved collections % and recovery timelines</li> <li>Clear visibility into metrics and performance</li> <li>Scalable, efficient collections processes</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Health insurance</li> <li>Learning and growth opportunities</li> <li>High-ownership role in a fast-growing environment&nbsp;</li> <li>At Fresh Prints, we deeply value the long-term contributions of our team.
