We are seeking a
BI & Planning Developer
with strong hands‑on experience in
IBM Cognos, Tableau, and TM1 (IBM Planning Analytics)
to support enterprise reporting, dashboards, and financial planning solutions.
Exposure to Anaplan
is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support
Cognos reports and dashboards
Design interactive
Tableau dashboards
aligned to business KPIs
Build and maintain
TM1 planning models
(cubes, dimensions, rules, TI processes)
Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles
Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders on requirements
Perform enhancements, defect fixes, and production support
Ensure data accuracy, performance, and documentation
Required Skills
3–6 years
of experience in BI / Analytics development
Strong hands‑on expertise in:
IBM Cognos Analytics
Tableau
TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics
Good understanding of
financial concepts
(budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
Strong
SQL
skills and experience with relational databases
Experience working in enterprise / corporate environments
Good to Have
Knowledge or exposure to
Anaplan
Experience in Finance IT or performance management solutions
Familiarity with Agile / SDLC processes
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management
Self‑driven and able to handle multiple priorities
