Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
Team Coordination:
Supervise daily operations of 2–3 Project Owners and 6–8 Project Coordinators. Define daily targets, track performance, and provide regular updates.
Operational Management:
Use tools like software or Excel to monitor and streamline execution processes.
Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams such as Design and Customer Delight for smooth project execution.
BOM Review:
Analyze and validate Solar Bill of Materials.
Project TAT & Profitability:
Support the Customer Success Owner in achieving timely project delivery and maximizing profit margins.
Follow-ups & Escalations:
Ensure rigorous tracking of project milestones and stakeholder follow-ups.
Customer Relationship Management:
Handle queries, ensure smooth communication, and achieve customer delight.
Installation Monitoring:
Offer support to on-ground installation teams—both locally and across cities via remote monitoring tools.
KPI Management:
Set performance KPIs and ensure team adherence.
Team Development:
Encourage learning and development for continuous upskilling of the team.
Secondary Responsibilities:
InC (Installation Crew) Onboarding & Training
Material Management:
Track procurement needs in coordination with the Purchase team.
Recruitment:
Support the hiring process for Project Coordinators when needed.
Key Competencies:
Behavioral (Must-Have):
Positive attitude & problem-solving approach
Ability to make tactical decisions under pressure
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language)
Team leadership and collaborative mindset

Experience with statutory compliance work
Technical (Must-Have):
Proficiency in verbal/written communication
Expertise in solar technology & rooftop systems
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Prior experience with operational monitoring software/tools
Technical (Good-to-Have):
Experience in large C&I rooftop solar projects
Travel & Accommodation:
Daily in-city travel required (own two-wheeler mandatory)
Occasional intercity travel based on project needs
Must arrange own accommodation
