We’re looking for an experienced Wedding Planning professional to lead a cluster of venue-based Wedding Planners. This role focuses on driving team performance, ensuring exceptional client experience, and delivering seamless wedding execution across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and manage a team of Wedding Planners across multiple venues.
Mentor and coach team members on client handling, planning, and execution.
Drive performance across sales, planning quality, and client satisfaction.
Client Experience & Planning Oversight
Oversee the end-to-end planning journey for all weddings within your cluster.
Step in for key client interactions, escalations, and high-value bookings.
Ensure planners deliver well-structured, on-budget, and client-aligned wedding plans.
Design Alignment (Guidance)
Guide planners on design sensibility, layouts, and overall wedding experience.
Ensure consistency in aesthetics and execution quality (without owning design creation).
Execution & Coordination
Ensure smooth coordination between planners, vendors, and internal teams.
Oversee critical events and support on-ground execution when required.
Troubleshoot challenges to ensure flawless delivery.
Performance & Process Excellence
Track team KPIs across conversions, planning timelines, and execution quality.
Identify gaps and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Who This Role Is For
3–7 years of experience in wedding planning / event management.
Strong experience in managing end-to-end weddings.
Prior experience managing or mentoring a team.
Good understanding of wedding design and aesthetics.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-ground environment.
