Drive the program management of multi-functional, large-scale Google Cloud projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
Define the overall governance model for the account and establish a cadence to manage the ongoing delivery of the plan.
Manage the risks, issues, and actions for the accounts and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
Influence stakeholders, drive the quality delivered by internal and external partner teams and project resources, and provide program leadership aligned to the program objectives.
Take various project requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives, and break down large projects and processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
Experience supporting customers in cloud operations (e.g., launch or capacity planning, product release management), technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Management, Technical, or Development field.
Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
Understanding of the broader Cloud marketplace and the differentiators of various Cloud offerings.
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud and IT technology space.
