As an Infrastructure Specialist Engineer II, you will help support and enhance core infrastructure services, contribute to operational stability, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve platform performance.
Work you'll do
As an Infrastructure Specialist Engineer II on the Infrastructure Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
Supporting infrastructure operations, maintenance activities, and production issue resolution across enterprise environments
Monitoring system health, troubleshooting incidents, and escalating issues based on severity and impact
Performing configuration, patching, upgrade, and deployment activities for infrastructure platforms and tools
Collaborating with engineering, application, and support teams to improve system performance, availability, and reliability
Documenting technical procedures, environment details, and operational updates to support ongoing service delivery
The team
The Infrastructure Engineering team supports the platforms, systems, and operational processes that enable stable, secure, and scalable technology services across the organization. Team members work across infrastructure domains to maintain performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in support of business and technology priorities.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in infrastructure support, systems administration, or platform operations
Experience with incident management, system monitoring, and production support processes
Experience with server, network, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure technologies
Experience with operating system administration, patching, and configuration activities
Experience documenting technical procedures, issue resolution steps, and support activities
Preferred:
Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments in a large organization
Experience with cloud platforms, virtualization, or automation tools
Experience with scripting for operational support tasks
Experience working with ticketing and monitoring tools
Experience participating in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, or deployment activities
IT infrastructure certification
