We are seeking an
Azure Cloud Engineer
with strong foundational knowledge in
Windows and Linux server administration
, who can support cloud infrastructure operations with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance. The ideal candidate should be familiar with
Azure platform services
,
networking basics
,
active directory
, and
backup/storage solutions
. Exposure to
DevOps practices
and
Agile methodology
is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor Azure cloud environments and on-prem hybrid workloads.
Perform routine operations tasks including server patching, backup monitoring, performance tuning, and incident response.
Administer and troubleshoot
Windows Server
and
Linux Server
platforms.
Support basic
cloud networking tasks
such as subnetting, NSG rules, and VPN configurations.
Maintain and troubleshoot
Active Directory
and other identity-related components.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and deliver operational support.
Document runbooks, SOPs, and operational procedures.
Participate in change management, incident response, and post-incident analysis.
Work in an
Agile
environment and engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Must-Have Skills:
Windows Server Administration
Linux Server Administration (basic to intermediate level)
Basic knowledge of Azure Networking and Active Directory
Familiarity with backup tools and cloud storage services
Understanding of DevOps concepts and Agile principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work model
Good-to-Have Certifications:
(Not mandatory but preferred)
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
