Location: Pune Experience: 5–10 Years Reporting To: Site Head About the Role The Closing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue by converting qualified leads into successful closures for high-value luxury real estate transactions. This role requires strong ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from client engagement to deal finalization. Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Manage and convert qualified leads shared by the sourcing team Conduct site visits, client presentations, and personalized meetings Drive negotiations and successfully close high-ticket size deals (₹3 Cr+) Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, CRM) for seamless deal execution Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients Ensure excellent client experience throughout the buying journey Maintain strong channel partner (CP) relationships to support closures Key Requirements: 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales with a focus on closing Proven track record in closing luxury/high-value real estate deals Strong negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills Experience handling premium clientele (HNI/UHNI segment) Good understanding of Pune luxury real estate market Strong channel partner network (preferred) Result-driven, aggressive, and target-oriented mindset Preferred Candidate Profile Prior experience in luxury real estate sales (₹3 Cr+ ticket size mandatory) Strong network of Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and HNI/UHNI clients Candidates from reputed real estate developers or IPCs preferred Proven consistency in achieving or exceeding sales/closure targets Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship management skills Strong understanding of the Pune luxury real estate market (Baner, Balewadi, Wakad, Kharadi, etc.) Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments and long sales cycles Presentable, articulate, and confident in dealing with premium clientele Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred Graduation is a must.
