Key Responsibilities
Handle
walk-ins, CP leads, and direct clients
for project closures
Conduct
site visits, project presentations, and investment discussions
Drive
end-to-end closure process
including negotiation and booking
Explain
ROI, rental yield, and investment benefits
to clients
Coordinate with sourcing teams to
maximize conversions
Ensure
documentation, booking, and collections follow-up
Maintain strong relationships with
investors and repeat clients
Support
weekend closures and high-footfall days
Candidate Profile
Experience in
real estate closing / commercial sales
Strong
negotiation and deal-closing skills
Understanding of
commercial properties (office, retail, investment assets)
Knowledge of
ROI, IRR, rental yield calculations
Good communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
Customer-focused, presentable, and target-driven
Familiar with
RERA guidelines and CRM systems
