About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Client Success Manager
to join our on-site team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will bring a strong consulting background and demonstrate proven expertise in managing and growing client relationships within international markets, especially the US and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage client accounts with full ownership of the sales cycle, from engagement to closure.
Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing strategic insights and delivering value-added solutions.
Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize account potential.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including research, delivery, and marketing to ensure seamless service and brand alignment.
Contribute to branding efforts by effectively representing the organization at industry events and client meetings.
Maintain and leverage CRM platforms for analytics, reporting, and opportunity tracking.
Lead and mentor a small team (2–3 members), ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to shape and communicate the organization’s value proposition in line with market expectations.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong client-facing skills with a consultative approach.
Deep understanding of market research and technology-led services.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to manage US-based clients; European experience is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics, and data-driven account management.
