Role Summary:
This role will lead Account Management at Move Over, with a mandate that goes far beyond traditional servicing. The role sits at the intersection of business growth, client leadership, strategy, operations, and creative excellence, helping shape both the agency’s trajectory and the partnerships we build.
The individual will be responsible for driving long-term client relationships, unlocking growth across existing and new businesses, and positioning Move Over as a modern creative partner built for culture-first brands. Alongside leading key accounts, this role will help build scalable systems, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, mentor high-performing teams, and push for work that is culturally relevant, strategically sharp, and commercially impactful.
This is a leadership role for someone excited by the opportunity to help build and scale a new-age agency with ambition, intent, and influence.

1. Build Indispensable Client Partnerships
Develop relationships that move beyond transactional engagement into long-term strategic partnerships
Become a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across business and marketing functions
Build a strong understanding of client businesses, categories, objectives, and growth challenges
Drive long-term value creation through strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving
2. Drive Account Growth & Client Expansion
Take end-to-end ownership of account growth, revenue, and overall business health
Identify opportunities to expand scope, deepen partnerships, and drive incremental revenue
Lead commercial conversations, negotiations, and deal structuring with confidence
Operate with a strong understanding of profitability, business priorities, and sustainable growth
3. New Business development & growth
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through relationships and strategic outreach
Lead pitches and drive the overall business development process
Identify areas where Move Over can create differentiated value in the market
Contribute to the agency’s positioning, growth strategy, and market presence
4. Build Scalable Structures & Processes
Establish clear and effective ways of working across teams and clients
Create operational clarity across briefs, timelines, deliverables, and workflows
Introduce processes that improve efficiency while retaining agility and creative momentum
Build systems and structures that support long-term scale and consistency
5. Lead & Develop High-Performing Teams
Build, mentor, and lead a strong account management team
Create a culture of accountability, ownership, and high standards
Encourage strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving across levels
Support team growth through guidance, feedback, and capability building
6. Drive Creative & Strategic Excellence
Champion work that is culturally relevant, strategically sharp, and platform-native
Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to elevate the quality of output
Push teams beyond expected solutions to deliver impactful and differentiated work

What Success Looks Like
In 4 months: You've taken ownership of the existing client portfolio, met every major stakeholder, and built a clear point of view on what's working and what isn't. Your team knows where the bar is.
In 6 months, revenue from existing accounts has started growing. The team is operating with sharper structure. We've won at least one new account that we wouldn't have without you.
In 16 months: You've built Move Over's client business into one of the most respected in the country. The team is deeper, the work is sharper, and we’re proud of the work we’re putting out.
