Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited is seeking a CIOC Analyst to support infrastructure operations through proactive monitoring, incident handling, patching, backup monitoring, and issue coordination across enterprise environments. This role works in a 24x7 rotational shift model and partners with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors to help maintain infrastructure availability and service continuity. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in server and network monitoring within an Information Technology Infrastructure Library environment.

As a CIOC Analyst on the Technology and Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for…
Monitoring infrastructure alerts across tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, HP OneView, XIO, Nasuni, Veeam, and Cohesity, and taking action in line with standard operating procedures
Troubleshooting network, operating system, server, database, and audio-video equipment issues and coordinating resolution with internal teams and vendors
Performing agent remediation, server patching, security compliance activities, and backup monitoring across Windows and Linux server environments
Supporting virtual infrastructure through vSphere Client and Hyper-V, including maintenance, upgrades, and server operating system patching
Handling incident management within defined service-level agreements, creating requests for change, maintaining documentation and centralized logs, and sharing status updates and infrastructure reports

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
1-2.5 years of experience in network or server monitoring in an Information Technology Infrastructure Library environment
Experience monitoring infrastructure using tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, HP OneView, XIO, Nasuni, Veeam, or Cohesity
Experience troubleshooting servers, operating systems, network devices, Domain Name System, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, or firewall issues
Experience supporting Windows or Linux server patching, security compliance, or agent remediation activities
Experience supporting virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or Hyper-V
Experience with incident management, service-level agreement tracking, documentation, and reporting
Preferred:
Experience troubleshooting Microsoft SQL Server alerts
Experience creating requests for change and participating in change advisory board calls
Experience coordinating with vendors to resolve physical server or network issues
Experience preparing knowledge base articles or technical documentation
Experience supporting audio-video equipment monitoring
Experience working in 24x7 rotational shift
