Job Title: CI Specialist - CHB Compliance & Contingency Officer

Purpose of the Role
The CHB Product Expert is responsible for assisting the sales team with technical queries and addressing customer requirements with cost-effective, high-quality solutions. The role is also responsible for onboarding new clients into the process and acts as a key point within the entire commercial engagement with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Area Strategy for CHB with focus on maximizing revenues, delivering Area GP and EBIT for CHB product portfolio.
Develop and drive the establishment of a competitive network for the CHB product offering.
Optimize the CHB approach by defining proper breakpoints and conversion targets per trade lane, ensuring delivery of product with high compliance standards to customers.
Strengthen the engagement with global network and drive value through local business wins.
Contribute to product development information for the budget process and actively engage to establish, communicate, and manage pricing guidelines for sales.
Lead collaboration between Product Development, Operations, and Sales & Customer Experience Management.
Consistently communicate with sales and current/prospective customers to understand their needs and position value offerings accordingly.
Drive all aspects of compliance for the CHB product offering, including regulatory compliance and implementation of new processes and policies for the CHB product to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with procurement to negotiate and benchmark vendor rates, participate in RFQs, and work closely on procurement of CHB services from globally approved partners.
Coach, motivate, and build a high-performing team.
Accountabilities
Delivering Area GP and EBIT for Insurance product portfolio.
Driving vertical-wise customer solutioning.
Managing customer profitability.
Supporting new product innovation.
Leading customer solutioning and proposal designing.
Managing cost analysis customer-wise.
Managing GP and volume contribution monthly to the targeted GP budget for the CHB product.
Consulted About
New areas for product offering and market insights.
Customer feedback from local markets to drive new products.
Critical Competencies
MBA or equivalent preferred in Business or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 10 years’ experience of CHB product experience in Logistics Industry.
Candidate must be certified with G/F card as per Indian Customs and possess an advanced qualification.
Self-starter with commercial acumen.
Advanced interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated experience in solution design.
Demonstrated product portfolio expertise, strategic mindset, and strong execution skills.
Ability to identify customer pain points using qualitative and quantitative data.
