Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary yet execution-focused
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
who can scale our topline across sales, marketing, HNI capital, and product revenue.
This role is equal parts
sales leadership and fundraising
, integrating direct real estate sales with strategic capital raises from
HNIs, NRIs, and Family Offices
. You'll drive both sides of the revenue flywheel:
investor money in, and real estate sales out.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all revenue-generating functions:
Sales, Marketing, Investor Relations, Fundraising, and Partner Ecosystems.
Own the firm-wide
revenue and P&L targets
across real estate products, digital investment offerings, and institutional channels.
Build and manage a national HNI/NRI/Family Office capital raising engine with a structured approach to:
Wealth managers & private bankers
Family office networks
UHNI relationship programs
Investor syndicates and trust structures
Create and oversee HNI investor journeys, from
pitching and onboarding
to
deal closures and reporting
.
Work closely with the CEO and Investment Committee to align
capital strategy
with deployment in AIFs, SM REIT, SIP-led portfolios, and direct co-investment models.
Mentor and scale Sales Heads, Fundraising Teams, and Digital Growth Teams across India.
Drive investor education, lead webinars/events, and build
thought leadership in real estate as an asset class
.
Oversee CRM, revenue analytics, investor dashboards, and marketing automation for end-to-end funnel visibility.
Ideal Candidate
10–18 years of experience in
Revenue Leadership, Fundraising, or Capital Advisory
roles.
Background in
Real Estate, Fintech, Private Banking, Investment Platforms, WealthTech, or NBFCs
.
Proven success in
raising capital from HNIs, NRIs, and Family Offices
– with ₹100+ Cr personal track record preferred.
Sharp understanding of
investment products, compliance, P&L ownership, and investor lifecycle management.
Strong leadership in building and scaling
national sales & capital teams
, especially in high-growth firms.
Strategic and hands-on – able to pitch on Zoom, close on-ground, and manage investor expectations long-term.
Comfortable navigating both
Tier 1 boardrooms
and
Tier 2 investor psychology
.
