Role Overview
The Chief Office Executive will support the founders in managing daily operations, communication, and coordination across teams. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities, support basic data reporting, and ensure smooth execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data & Reporting Support
Assist in collecting and maintaining data for MIS reports and dashboards.
Ensure timely updates and basic analysis for internal reporting.
Coordinate with teams to gather required information.
2. Communication & Coordination
Act as a point of contact between founders and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage emails, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of leadership.
Draft basic communication, reports, and presentations.
3. Executive Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize daily priorities.
Prepare meeting agendas and track action items.
Take meeting notes and ensure timely follow-ups.
4. Project & Task Coordination
Support ongoing projects by tracking progress and coordinating with teams.
Assist in research, data collection, and execution of assigned tasks.
5. Travel & Logistics
Coordinate travel plans, bookings, and itineraries.
Assist in managing logistics for meetings and events.
6. Office & Administrative Support
Support office operations and coordination across departments.
Maintain documents, records, and reports.
Handle confidential information responsibly.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Operations / Coordination roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication (written & verbal).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High level of ownership and attention to detail.
