Chief of Staff to the Founder & CEO
Remidio Innovative Solutions
Location:
Bangalore
Employment Type:
Full-time
Reporting To:
Founder & CEO
Why This Role Exists
At Remidio Innovative Solutions, we have built and scaled technology that has helped prevent avoidable blindness at scale. We have reached nearly 16M patients primarily across India and the US.
The next phase is about scaling impact globally and moving beyond eye disease screening into
Oculomics
— the science of systemic disease screening through the eye for CVD, CKD, Liver Diseases, and Maternal Health — while responsibly monetizing AI and building a company that can endure for decades and preserve good health at scale across large populations.
In parallel, Remidio is also scaling its
DiCE-CDMS Business
— a Design and Clinical Research-led Engineering CDMS (Contract Development & Manufacturing Services) business that has achieved 30% CAGR over the past three years.
As the company grows in ambition and complexity, the CEO requires a trusted partner — someone who can think strategically, execute relentlessly, and operate with judgment and integrity. This role sits at the intersection of vision and execution.
The Chief of Staff will help shape how Remidio scales operationally, culturally, and strategically, while contributing directly to the mission of preventing avoidable blindness and preserving health through technology.
This is not a support role. This is a leadership role with leverage.
