Role Overview:
This is a high-ownership role working directly with the CEO and CXO team across strategy, operations, and execution.
You’ll help bring structure to how the business runs by tracking key metrics, driving cross-functional priorities, solving important problems, and ensuring momentum on strategic initiatives.
The role sits close to decision-making and is ideal for someone who enjoys clarity, pace, accountability, and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning & Execution
Translate company goals into practical action plans
Track progress across teams and ensure follow-through
Identify risks and bottlenecks early and help solve them
Keep leadership updated on progress against priorities
Commercial Intelligence
Build weekly business reporting across sales, pipeline, and revenue
Track pitch conversion rates and identify improvement areas
Run weekly business review cadences with leaders
Support sharper decision-making through data and insight
New Business Initiatives
0 → 1 Projects:
Take the lead on special big-picture projects from start to finish. Think building new ventures, overhauling how we work, or figuring out our 'go-to-market' plan.
Own high-priority initiatives end-to-end
Work on new business ideas, GTM plans, internal transformation, and growth opportunities
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes quickly
Strategy & Operations
Work on company-wide initiatives across revenue, growth, and efficiency
Solve cross-functional issues spanning sales, operations, finance, product, and delivery
Bring structure to fast-moving or ambiguous situations
Working with Leadership
Work closely with the CEO and CXOs on priorities and execution
Participate in key internal and external meetings
Prepare presentations, notes, and strategic documents
Act as an extension of the CEO’s office where required
What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of experience in consulting, startups, founder’s office, business ops, or strategy roles
Former founder or entrepreneurial experience is a plus
Strong ownership mindset where you don’t wait to be told what to do
Comfortable with numbers, business plans, and commercial thinking
Able to work across functions and manage ambiguity well
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Interested in media, advertising, entertainment, or creator economy
AI-native and always looking for smarter ways to work
Bonus Points:
Experience building dashboards / MIS systems
Experience in an early-stage startup
Worked directly with founders / leadership teams
Strong Excel / Sheets / presentation skills
