RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales and Marketing
a. Responsible for achieving targets of the center
b. Manage leads from various sources such as telephone, walkin, online and promotional campaigns
c. Counsel and register members for various programs at Gamepoint
d. Maintain relationships with corporates and other institutional customers
2. Guest Relations
a. Ensure all guests have a good experience at Gamepoint
b. Monitor all programs and activities to ensure smooth functioning of the center
c. Communicate orally and by email with guests as per requirement
d. Responsible for court allocation and slot booking as per requirement
e. Plan and ensure smooth conduction of tournaments and other events
3. Operations
a. Management of all activities at the center and general office maintenance
b. Train and manage staff at the center
c. Maintaining all records in the center including enquiry / registration forms, registers, accounts, etc
d. Coordinate with coaching and other partners
e. Ensure the center and sports equipment is well maintained
f. Prepare and send reports to management as per company policy
