Region: India Geographical Scope: India Brand : NAOS - Bioderma Category Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive category plans that address market opportunities, consumer needs, and competitive landscape. Brand Management: Manage the brand portfolio, ensuring consistent brand messaging, positioning, and identity across all touchpoints. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify category trends, growth drivers, and competitive threats. Product Portfolio Management: Optimize the product assortment, including new product development, product launches, and product rationalization. Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share, while remaining competitive. Promotional Planning: Plan and execute effective promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective execution of category plans and achievement of sales targets. Budget Management: Manage the category budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of category strategies. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze category performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions ❖ Education & background required • MBA from reputed university, Marketing, or a related field. • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in category management within the skincare industry. • Demonstrated success in brand building and market share growth. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Experience in managing sunscreen category will be considered a significant advantage. • Strong understanding of the Indian skincare market.
