We are looking for a Category Manager to join our high energy team
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Category Manager. As the Category Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our users through strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Cult Fit and Fitternity.
As part of your day-to-day work, you will
● Lead the strategic planning and execution of the category, including product selection, vendor management, and performance optimization.
● Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with providers to ensure the highest quality of service delivery and user experience.
● Curate a diverse and appealing range of services to meet the varying needs and preferences of our user base.
● Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize user satisfaction and engagement.
● Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Experience, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of services with Visit Health's overall objectives and user experience.
● Uphold Visit Health's core value of empathy by prioritizing the health, well-being, and happiness of our users in all aspects of category management.
Must Haves
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
● 2-4 years of experience in category management, preferably in the health technology industry.
● Proven track record of successfully managing categories and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative initiatives.
● Strong understanding of the industry and user behavior, with a passion for promoting health and well-being.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Salary Range - 8 - 12 LPA - Depends on current skillset and past experience.
