We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage and track end-to-end processes related to Cash on Delivery (COD) receipts, vendor payments, and shipment reconciliation. The role also involves vendor onboarding, GST reconciliation, and providing financial and operational support to City Heads to ensure accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Track and reconcile COD receipts on a regular basis.
Monitor and track vendor payments and ensure timely processing.
Identify and resolve issues related to untraced shipments.
Coordinate and support vendor onboarding, including verification and documentation.
Conduct GST reconciliation between books, returns, and vendor data.
Provide support and insights to City Heads on accounting and operational matters.
Contribute to process improvements, compliance, and audit readiness.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: B.Com Graduate or Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter).
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, reconciliation, or financial operations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and vendor management.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally, ERP tools).
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadline
