Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of the healthcare staffing market. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
