About the Team – Intrader
The Intrader team operates in the Capital Markets domain, focusing on Fixed Income securities such as:
Government, Corporate, and Municipal Bonds
Treasury Bills & Notes
Certificates of Deposit (CDs)
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 application and customer support
Manage client interactions via email, calls, chat, and ticketing tools (TeamSupport)
Handle incidents based on severity (P1 / P2 / P3) with timely stakeholder updates
Support trade processing, reporting issues, interest calculations, paydowns, and reconciliation
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide effective resolutions/workarounds
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
Support release activities (including weekends when required)
Provide support during US business hours and occasionally during holidays, based on business needs
Position Overview – Consultant
As a Consultant, you will work closely with clients, risk managers, portfolio managers, IT teams, and Intrader product teams supporting Intrader software (technical and functional).
Key Responsibilities
Support Fixed Income product processing and client applications
Work on client onboarding and system upgrades
Provide in-depth product and functional support
Conduct client training sessions
Perform quantitative analysis when required
Support pre-sales engagements with prospective clients
Build long-term client relationships
Contribute to product enhancements via feedback to Product Management
Document issues, resolutions, and recurring trends to improve product quality
What You Bring
Holds an experience of 2-4 years
Strong understanding of Capital Markets and Fixed Income instruments
Knowledge of trade lifecycle, settlement, and portfolio accounting
Experience in L1/L2 application or functional support
Familiarity with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, TeamSupport)
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Ability to perform root cause analysis
Excellent client communication and stakeholder management
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in high-pressure production environments
Qualifications
MBA / BBA
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computers, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or Physics
Understanding of Capital Markets and Fixed Income products
Desirable Skills
Basic knowledge of Linux
Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot)
Understanding of Databases and SQL
High-level knowledge of application architecture, networks, and infrastructure
