You'll be working directly with late-stage startups and mid-sized SMEs — understanding their capital needs and structuring the right debt solution using our proprietary platform. Not just pitching, but actually owning the deal from first conversation to disbursement. This means getting fluent across debt products — venture debt, working capital, structured credit, leasing, factoring etc. and knowing what fits where.
Client Acquisition & Engagement
Identify and engage high-potential clients to fortify and expand the Recur Club portfolio.
Astutely assess funding requirements — quantum, pricing, security, and end-use — with precision.
Cultivate deep, trust-anchored relationships by embodying a "co-founder mindset" — becoming a genuine strategic ally in every client's growth odyssey.
Deal Management
Collate and validate critical data to curate and shepherd deal funnels across stages — Spark, Swift, and Scale.
Spearhead the preparation and execution of engagement letters; scrutinize deal one-pagers for accuracy and compliance.
Lender Coordination
Present meticulously curated deals to lenders, distilling key insights to catalyse swift closures.
Orchestrate lender-side documentation and escalate friction points with urgency and finesse.
Portfolio Monitoring
Proactively govern collections with an eagle eye on Early Warning Signals (EWS) and Days Past Due (DPD).
Deepen portfolio relationships to unearth and capitalise on redeployment opportunities.
Process Excellence
Uphold impeccable deal hygiene — keeping HubSpot data accurate, current, and audit-ready.
Resolve client and lender queries with alacrity while championing platform adoption and informed lender selection.
Invoicing & Realization
Supervise invoicing and collections in close collaboration with Operations — ensuring timely, frictionless payment realization.
Who We're Looking For
→ 3–5 years in financial services, ideally a mix of buy-side and sell-side.
→ Prior exposure to credit underwriting, term sheet negotiation, and deal execution
→ CA / MBA from a Tier-1 institution or CFA charterholder → Strong written communication — memos, IC notes, deal narratives
→ Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
→ End-to-end ownership mindset. You don't wait to be told what to do next.
→ Comfortable using AI tools — we use them for deal analysis, early screening, and improving conversion. Tech-savviness is a must.
→ Someone who genuinely enjoys the client conversation — curious about businesses, not just transactions.
