<p><strong>What You Will Do and Learn</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for <strong>Management Trainees</strong> to join our Anaplan team in Bangalore. As a management trainee, you will be given unique opportunity to learn<strong> Anaplan</strong> & gain hands-on experience. Candidates will undergo required training in Anaplan and functions enabling business transformation journey. During the training period, Candidate will learn nuances of client success, business communication, project implementation, project management & advisory to embark upon a career journey as consulting professional.</p>
<p>Key consulting skill set the candidates will be exposed to are business planning, process engineering, data architecture executed through Leading EPM SAAS Platform Anaplan.</p>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>A typical day could include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Accomplishing Day to day goals assigned as part of Training program.</li>
<li>Strict adherence to Training milestones.</li>
<li>Carry out detailed and effective documentation of learning journey.</li>
<li>Acquire technical and functional skill sets to meet project readiness criteria prior to. culmination of training programme.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ideal candidates should demonstrate the following: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with team members to design and implement models, business process and technology that aligns with client business objectives. </li>
<li>Build mock proof of concept models for against an identified business use case. </li>
<li>Identify issues and structural problems and generate actionable recommendations using implementation methodologies. </li>
<li>Demonstrate clear understanding of client business needs, goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Showcase ownership, independence, and autonomy with respect to assigned objectives.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Applicant should be completing MBA/PGDM in 2026</li>
<li>Graduation degree required (B.E/B. Tech, Bsc, BA(Economics))</li>
<li>Candidates having Prior work experience in technology sector will be preferred.</li>
