Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end management of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms. The role requires strong expertise in Performance Max (PMax) and E-commerce campaign execution, along with excellent client handling and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage Performance Max (PMax) campaigns with a focus on ROI, conversion tracking, and feed optimization
Handle end-to-end E-commerce campaigns, including product feeds, audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and expectation management
Understand client business goals and translate them into effective campaign strategies
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve performance
Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients
Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Design, Content, Tech) for integrated campaign execution
Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management
Strong expertise in Performance Max campaigns and E-commerce advertising
Experience in handling multiple client accounts and stakeholder communication
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Meta Business Manager
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage budgets effectively and maximize ROI
Good to Have
Experience with international clients or agency environment
Knowledge of feed management tools (like DataFeedWatch, Feedonomics, etc.)
Understanding of conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels)
Exposure to presales or strategy pitching
