Partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve internal finance business processes such as extended workforce solutions.
Provide expert level of business process guidance on extended workforce management, requirements documentation, solution design, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution.
Partner with business teams in developing delivery roadmaps, defining business processes and associated system requirements, identify new areas of investment.
Identify cross-functional topics and ensure the process are aligned across SAP modules including SAP Fiedlgalss and other supporting applications.
Lead the demand management process to assist the business in establishing business cases relating to new systems or existing system changes.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire life-cycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
5 years of experience in full-cycle vendor management systems implementations and support.
5 years of experience designing and implementing finance systems.
Preferred qualifications:
Certified SAP Fieldglass.
5 years of experience in full cycle SAP Fieldglass implementations and support projects.
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, authoring functional specifications, system configuration, testing etc.
Deep understanding of extended workforce domain and its integration with procurement and finance processes.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL).
