Lead the product design and First-Party (1P) solution architecture for internal business systems, ensuring , performance, and alignment with overarching business goals.
Collaborate directly with cross-functional business stakeholders, including executive leadership, to refine business requirements and drive alignment across programs.
Author detailed Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that clearly outline data sources, transformations, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and statistical validation processes.
Design and manage API and system integrations between various enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Drive experimentation and analytics, utilizing techniques like A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics to track program success. Conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for pipelines and self-service dashboards to ensure production readiness.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience designing and implementing systems (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, HR, systems etc.).
3 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects.
Experience with data analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting/dashboarding.
Ability to analyse technical process analysis and translate business requirements into solution design.
