Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and dynamic Strategy Business Partner in driving strategic initiatives, fostering innovation, and ensuring the alignment of business objectives with the overall organizational strategy. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong business acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Strategy Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic guidance, conducting in-depth analysis, and implementing actionable plans that drive long-term growth and sustainability.
Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible to drive the development and communication of a comprehensive 5-year strategy for specific therapy areas, aligning resource allocation and budget decisions with the strategic plan, while ensuring periodic monitoring, reviews, and necessary course corrections to ensure alignment with therapy area mandates.
• You will be responsible to drive the successful execution of strategic initiatives within the vertical by identifying project scopes and objectives, establishing critical work streams, engaging stakeholders, implementing effective analytics and benchmarking practices, setting up an efficient project management for implementation.
• You will be responsible to ensure the achievement of business performance targets within the vertical by conducting comprehensive end-to-end business diagnostics and analytics. Provide actionable countermeasures to improve performance, support brand plans, conduct fieldwork for insights validation, execute primary market research, and deliver monthly outlook.
• You will be responsible to ensure the consistency, relevance, and availability of IMS data for planning by overseeing adequate representation of GG India in the IMS database, facilitating support from IMS on competitive intelligence and market insights, timely circulation of dashboards and files to commercial teams, and benchmarking IMS reflection trends with internal figures for necessary corrections
• You will be responsible to drive engagement with new stakeholders in the market to generate real-time data for sharper territory-level planning, define the scope of data utility, understand different data sources across agencies, design and execute pilots, implement process flows, data structures, and dashboards, and establish review and tracking mechanisms for seamless handover to the business team.
• You will be responsible to establish the baseline for strategy and budgeting work within GG India's Centre of Excellence (COE) by providing an outside-in perspective, conducting therapeutic area-wise heuristic analysis and market forecasts, generating organisation based forecasts, assessing risks over the forecast period, and developing bottom-up SKU-level volume-based forecasts.
Education Qualification–
A graduate in Science/Pharmacy with MBA (either Marketing and Strategy)
Minimum Experience Required-
5-7 years of exposure in pharma/ strategy/ analytics
