Job Description: Manager -  Business Operations (Real Estate)   Job Title: Manager / Asst Manager Location: Pune Department: Finance and Accounts Reports to: Head of Business Operations   About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Operations professional to join our team at Justo Realfintech. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing end-to-end accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reconciliations, and effective collection processes. This position requires close collaboration with Sales, CRM, and Finance teams, as well as regular interaction with clients and developers. The role demands a proactive individual with strong analytical abilities, operational discipline, and the capability to support business growth through robust financial and operational controls. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Finance Operations Maintain day-to-day accounting activities and books of accounts. Pass and verify accounting entries in Tally ERP. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of accounting records. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. Tally ERP & System Handling Handle end-to-end accounting operations in Tally ERP. Maintain customer, vendor, bank, and expense ledgers. Generate accounting and financial reports as required by management. Reconciliation & Compliance Perform client account reconciliations on a regular basis. Handle TDS reconciliation and coordinate with clients for timely compliance. Collections & Follow-ups Regular follow-up with clients for payment collections. Coordinate closely with Sales and CRM teams to resolve collection-related issues. Maintain ageing reports and track outstanding receivables. MIS & Reporting Prepare and update MIS reports (daily / weekly / monthly). Share accurate financial data with management for review and analysis. Maintain proper documentation and financial records. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with Sales, CRM, and Finance teams for smooth operations. Interact with clients and their teams for account-related matters. Visit developer offices and project sites for coordination and verification as required. Problem Solving & Management Support Identify accounting issues and resolve discrepancies proactively. Support management in financial and operational decision-making. Ensure timely closure of finance-related and operational issues. Required Skills & Qualifications Age: 30 – 50 Yrs. Experience: 5–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. Prior exposure to end-to-end accounting operations and client handling. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance, BSc, (MBA / CA Inter candidates can also be considered) Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of core accounting principles, Hands-on experience in TDS reconciliation, account reconciliation, and collections, Familiarity with real estate / project-based accounting environments (preferred). Strong understanding of Mumbai geography including SoBo, Navi Mumbai, KDMC, Thane, and Western & Central suburbs. ·         Skills & Competencies : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities High attention to detail with strong ownership mindset Effective coordination and follow-up skills Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable dealing with HNIs, CEOs, CXOs, and senior stakeholders Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi. ·         Technical Proficiency : Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Ability to prepare MIS reports and financial summaries accuratel y. Bottom of Form Preferred Attributes Experience in real estate / developer / project-based accounting (preferred). Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel to developer offices and project sites as required
