About the Role
We are
looking for a highly entrepreneurial and product-oriented Business Manager –
Customer Monetization to build and scale credit card partnership-led revenue
streams across KreditBee’s ecosystem.
In this
role, you will own end-to-end monetization through credit card lead generation
partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and fintech companies. You will leverage
KreditBee’s large customer base to drive high-quality credit card acquisition
while owning business outcomes, revenue growth, and partner performance.
This is a
high-impact role at the intersection of business strategy, product,
partnerships, and data-driven growth.
What You’ll Do
Business Ownership & P&L
Management
Own the end-to-end monetization P&L for credit card lead
generation initiatives
Define revenue targets, profitability metrics, and business
growth strategies
Monitor and optimize conversion funnels, partner payouts, and
monetization efficiency
Drive revenue growth through scalable partnership-led
acquisition models
Partnerships & Ecosystem
Development
Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs,
and fintech companies
Structure commercial agreements including CPL, CPA, revenue
share, and hybrid models
Build long-term strategic relationships to maximize business
performance and revenue outcomes
Continuously evaluate market opportunities and partnership
expansion strategies
Product-Led Monetization
Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to
build scalable lead-generation journeys within the app ecosystem
Design seamless customer journeys for discovery, eligibility
checks, and lead transfers
Drive A/B testing and funnel optimization initiatives to
improve user experience and conversion rates
Support development of monetization-focused product features
and integrations
Customer Analytics & Targeting
Leverage customer data to identify high-intent segments for
credit card cross-sell opportunities
Work with analytics and data science teams to build targeting
models and eligibility frameworks
Monitor metrics such as CTR, approval rates, lead quality,
and revenue per customer
Drive data-backed decision-making to improve monetization
performance
Campaign & Growth Management
Launch and optimize in-app campaigns, notifications, and
customer engagement journeys
Continuously improve lead-generation strategies and
conversion performance
Drive growth initiatives focused on customer monetization and
revenue expansion
Compliance & Risk Alignment
Ensure partner integrations and customer data-sharing
processes comply with regulatory and privacy requirements
Work closely with legal, risk, and compliance teams to
maintain operational integrity
Ensure all monetization initiatives align with fintech and
financial services regulations
What We’re Looking For
Experience
3 to 6 years of experience in fintech, digital lending,
partnerships, credit cards, or product-led growth roles
Experience in credit card partnerships, affiliate programs,
or financial product distribution is highly preferred
Exposure to product management or growth-focused business
roles is an advantage
Proven experience handling revenue-focused business
initiatives or monetization programs
Business & Strategic Skills
Strong commercial mindset with ownership of P&L and
revenue outcomes
Experience in partnership management, business development,
or monetization strategy
Ability to evaluate business opportunities and drive
strategic execution
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Analytical & Product Skills
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making
capabilities
Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams on
integrations and funnel optimization
Familiarity with customer analytics, targeting strategies,
and conversion metrics
Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and growth
optimization frameworks
Communication & Collaboration
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate across product, growth, operations,
engineering, and external partner teams
Strong execution mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced
environments
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or
related field
MBA preferred but not mandatory
Nice to Have
Experience in embedded finance, co-branded cards, or fintech monetization
ecosystems
Exposure to customer lifecycle marketing and growth campaigns
Familiarity with digital acquisition funnels and financial
services partnerships
Experience in startup or high-growth fintech environments

Analytics & Reporting: Excel, SQL, BI dashboards, funnel
analytics tools
Growth & Campaigns: A/B testing platforms, CRM tools,
