About the Role:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Managers to drive book sales in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, market understanding, and a passion for educational and reading materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in book sales.
Identify and onboard new institutionaland distributor clients.
Maintain strong relationships with schools and distributors.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and promotional events.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and customer service.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
3–6 years of experience in sales (books, publishing, or education sector preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and travel within the city/region as needed
