🚀 Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact
Business Manager – EdTech Sales
to lead a dynamic sales team, drive revenue performance, and help us scale Bhanzu’s offerings across new regions and verticals. This is a mission-critical leadership role focused on mentoring teams, optimizing conversions, and delivering outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of 20–40 sales executives (Inside Sales or Direct Sales)
Own monthly revenue targets and sales KPIs across assigned geographies or pods
Design and execute growth strategies to expand market reach and drive user acquisition
Conduct weekly performance reviews, pipeline health checks, and skill workshops
Drive performance through metrics: demo-to-sale %, show-up %, AOV, conversion rate
Ensure CRM (LeadSquared/Zoho) hygiene and reporting discipline
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve lead
quality and close loops on feedback
Represent Bhanzu values in candidate hiring, parent communication, and team culture
✅ What Makes You a Great Fit
6–10 years of experience in B2C sales, team leadership, or business growth roles
Previous experience in EdTech is a strong plus
Excellent people management and coaching ability
Comfortable with fast iteration, performance pressure, and operational agility
Strong data orientation: ability to read dashboards, fix funnel leaks, and forecast accurately
Superior communication and persuasion skills in English + 1 regional language
🎓 Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering or related field
MBA/PGDM is a plus but not mandatory
