As a Business Lead (City P&L Head) , you will be responsible for owning the full P&L of your region, leading a sales team, and building scalable systems to drive revenue and profitability. This role offers the opportunity to operate as an entrepreneur within the company - delivering growth, solving tough business challenges, and shaping the future of our operations. Key Responsibilities: ●         Take full ownership of the city/region P&L and deliver on growth, revenue, and profitability targets. ●         Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performance sales team to consistently achieve numbers. ●         Break down complex problems into actionable steps with clear owners and timelines. ●         Build scalable systems and processes that improve efficiency and output. ●         Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and influence business direction. ●         Act as the face of the business in the market, ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key Skills & Qualifications: ●         Educational background from top-tier institutes (IIT, IIM, ISB, BITS, DTU, etc) ●         2–3 years of experience in consulting, high-growth startups, or sales/strategy roles. ●         Demonstrated leadership skills with a high sense of ownership and accountability. ●         Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with first-principles thinking. ●         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. ●         Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build and scale businesses.
