Raptee.HV is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI.
Role Overview:
At Raptee.HV, this role focuses on building the business around the vehicle.
You’ll work on partnerships that support growth across payments, ownership, and scale, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes rather than sales activity.
The work is practical and hands-on, with clear ownership and direct exposure to leadership.
If you’re comfortable with numbers, conversations, and follow-through, this role makes sense.
What you’ll actually do
Build and manage B2B partnerships across payments, finance, insurance, warranties, parts-side programs, and other business enablers
Evaluate partners on commercials, margins, customer value, and long-term fit
Help structure new programs and take them from discussion to rollout
Track partner performance, costs, and outcomes with clear, simple metrics
Support leadership with comparisons, summaries, and sharp recommendations
Work closely with internal teams to ensure partnerships actually land well on ground

Who we’re looking for
Someone who enjoys business development, not just coordination
Comfortable speaking with partners and asking the right questions
Decent with numbers, pricing, and basic commercial logic
Self-driven, curious, and calm in ambiguity
EV interest is a plus; business sense is non-negotiable
Bonus points if you
Have worked on partnerships, alliances, or B2B roles before
Prefer spreadsheets over long slide decks
Can explain a deal clearly without buzzwords
