Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across business units.
Track performance against budgets and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
Support strategic planning through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
2. Business Partnering
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and supply chain to improve financial performance.
Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
3. Financial Reporting
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to leadership.
Develop dashboards and reports to track key financial and operational metrics.
4. Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
Support statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory filings.
5. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital including receivables, payables, and inventory cycles.
Support treasury planning and liquidity management.
6. Risk Management
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Support the implementation of financial controls and process improvements.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA)
qualification is mandatory.
7–8+ years of experience
in business finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency in
financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis
.
Good understanding of
tax regulations, compliance requirements, and accounting principles
.
Advanced proficiency in
Excel/financial tools
and financial reporting systems.
Excellent
communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
.
