Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results. </div>Role:  Business Director Location:  Mumbai, India    About the role:  You will be a strong Business Director working as an integral part of OLIVER’s biggest account.  This is an integrated role, involving the development of strategy and oversight across market specific digital design, creative and production. As OLIVER’s business model means that we put bespoke studios on-site, it is important that you respect and understand the complexities around working hand-in-hand with clients on a daily basis.   Experience in and a strong passion for championing and producing engaging and business driving creative content and digital advertising across a fully integrated channel mix is a must. As well as having experience working for FMCG clients producing both local and global content.  You should be a strong strategic thinker, with an agency background. You will be working closely with the client as a long-term business partner, steering the development of their brand and marketing strategy and building relationships with Brand Director’s and Brand VP’s.  This role requires a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great people skills. Someone who works hard, but has fun with it and who can demonstrate a proven track record of driving teams to deliver for clients. You should have a meticulous attention to detail, establishing yourself as a safe pair of hands, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.    What you will be doing:    <ul> <li>Building strong relationships with all clients, from brand execs and managers through to directors and VP’s </li> <li>Main point of contact for brand team. You will work in partnership with the Editor, driving business and the teams to deliver great work </li> <li>Escalation point for the client for any issues with your teams, you will need to be a problem solver that deals with problems with a solution based attitude </li> <li>You will be confident with clients and will challenge the client when necessary, whilst keeping a positive relationship. You negotiate to create win-win compromises with your client on behalf of you team members where needed </li> <li>You will ensure each team delivers to the expected levels of client service at all times </li> <li>Lead each  team by example, line managing the Content Team Leaders (category leads) </li> <li>Developing, coaching and driving Team Leads and their teams to constantly add value to our clients and to challenge the briefs we receive, in order to break the norm and deliver outstanding creative work </li> <li>You will be responsible for the guidance and development of your team so it is essential you are a great communicator, able to inspire your team and spot potential </li> <li>You will have oversight of your teams WIPs and knowledge of projects going through without being pulled into the day to day management of projects. The ability to direct teams to deliver, without getting caught up in the detail. </li> <li>Responsible for growing the account offering, pushing our capabilities to brand teams and keeping us front of mind with brands for all digital advertising and content creation </li> <li>You will actively seek out opportunities with brands and build relationships with senior clients, pushing to upsell our offering </li> <li>Follow refined processes on account  and push teams to work to the processes set out, but have the ability to challenge process to ensure teams are working as efficiently and effectively as possible </li> <li>Manage the P&L for each team on the account and forecast operational income on a weekly basis to senior management </li> <li>Ownership of the Account Review, Account Health Assessment and Client Sat Survey processes. </li> <li>Maintenance and continuous improvement of the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual project and account cost forecasting (Bank and Stretch) </li> </ul>   What you need to be great in this role:   <ul> <li>Relevant agency work experience.  </li> <li>10+ years in marketing services. </li> <li>Highly proficient in client commercial management. </li> <li>Previous experience leading teams of over 15 people – ideal </li> <li>Experience working for large FMCG clients is essential </li> <li>A demonstrated history of being both process driven and result focused. </li> <li>Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence stakeholders and build strong and effective working relationships. </li> <li>A strong grounding in the commercial running of accounts, bank and stretch and P&L </li> <li>Strong gravitas and the ability to build relationships with senior clients, building trust in our offering </li> <li>A team player with a client centric focus and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships with your teams and colleagues. </li> <li>Self-motivated, driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player. </li> <li>Ability to think differently and come up with come up with solutions to unique problems. </li> <li>Collaborative team player, open minded and willing to learn and evolve. </li> <li>Engaging communicator and ability to build relationships with all levels within and outside the business. </li> <li>The ability to organise and prioritise workloads to maximise productivity. </li> <li>Experience and desire to publish or speak publicly would be advantageous. </li> <li>Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies </li> <li>Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical </li> </ul> Req ID: 17494 #LI-DB1 #LI-Onsite<div class="content-conclusion">Our values shape everything we do:  Be Ambitious to succeed    Be Imaginative to push the boundaries of what’s possible    Be Inspirational to do groundbreaking work    Be always learning and listening to understand    Be Results-focused  to exceed expectations    Be actively pro-inclusive and anti-racist across our community, clients and creations    OLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
