Sales Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven
Sales/Business Development Manager
to lead business development activities in the Testing & Analytical Services industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in service industry Sales /B2B Sales, the ability to work independently, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in testing and analytical services
Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Negotiate contracts and close deals independently
Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 7
years of sales experience
in the
service industry
(Food, Pharma, Chemical testing, analytical, laboratory, inspection, certification, or related fields preferred)
Proven ability to work as an
individual contributor
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Good understanding of B2B sales processes
Ability to join
immediately

Self-motivated with excellent time management
Willingness to travel as required
Desired Experience: 7 to 15 years
Job Location: Onsite at Kolkata Office/ Remote from any PAN India location (Reporting at Kolkata)
Any Graduate/Post Graduate (Science Graduates are preferred)
