Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – IT Staffing to drive business growth and expand our client base in the IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing vendor and client relationships, and handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT staffing and tech staffing sector.
· Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, referrals, market research, and online platforms.
· Build and maintain strong client pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, and CRM systems.
· Manage C2C partnerships and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
· Understand client hiring needs and provide customized IT staffing solutions.
· Manage the complete sales lifecycle including lead generation, qualification, conversion, negotiation, and closure.
· Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and presentations to promote staffing services.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
· Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
· Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
· Monitor industry trends, technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience in Business Development within the IT Staffing / Staffing Industry.
· Strong experience in C2C, Vendor Management, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Negotiation, and Deal Closure.
· Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation, email outreach, cold calling, and networking strategies.
· Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
· Strong networking, relationship-building, and client management skills.
· Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
