We are looking for a “
Business Development Manager
” who will drive business growth across
Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), AePS, Micro ATM (MATM), BBPS, CMS, and other retail financial services
by expanding channel presence, acquiring new partners, and increasing transaction volumes.
This is a
high-intensity role
, requiring deep market understanding, strong networking abilities, and extensive travel within the assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard
distributors, retailers & BC agents
for DMT, AePS, MATM, BBPS, and CMS.
Drive monthly sales, revenue, and partner activation targets.
Conduct
extensive field travel (20 days/month)
to meet partners and expand routes.
Manage relationships with channel partners and resolve operational issues.
Provide training, support, and market insights to improve partner performance.
Monitor competition and explore new market opportunities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Banking experience mandatory/preferred
Background in
Branch Sales, New Client Acquisition, or Payment Bank/BC Network
.
Knowledge of
Money Transfer, AePS, MATM, BBPS, CMS
.
Strong understanding of
local geography, routes, and market behaviour
.
Self-starter, motivated, and able to manage business independently
.
Comfortable with
extensive travel and field operations
.
Qualifications:
Graduate
2–4 years of experience in
Banking/Fintech/Payments/BC Channel Sales
Languages: English, Hindi & Telugu are mandatory.
